Our reception is located in the Skřivanka building (Na Skřivance 14, Děčín). Reception is open daily from 3 PM to 8 PM. You can check in during reception opening hours. Outside of these hours, check-in is possible for an additional fee. Similarly, late check-out (after 10 AM) is also available upon request and subject to a fee.

After reception closes, guests can enter the building using a chip key.

Breakfast is served only in the Skřivanka building and only to guests who have booked and paid for it in advance. Breakfast is served as a buffet.
The price is 150 CZK.

All of our rooms and apartments come with Wi-Fi access.

Wellness & Sport

Book a private sauna session! The price is 1000 CZK for 2 hours for a group of up to 12 people.

Public sauna sessions are available from October 1 to April 30:
Tuesdays (men), Thursdays (women), and Sundays (mixed) for 150 CZK per 2-hour session.
Private sauna bookings are available all year round during reception hours (3 PM to 8 PM).

We also offer gym rental for 700 CZK per hour.

At the reception, you can rent bicycles or via ferrata sets.
Bikes with accessories are available for 250 CZK per day.
Via ferrata sets (including a helmet) are available for 280 CZK per day.

Need help choosing where to go on a trip? Stop by our reception at the Skřivanka building – we’ll be happy to help you plan your adventure.

We can provide you with maps, brochures, flyers, or tourist magazines right at the reception. We’ll also be glad to recommend where to grab a coffee, dessert, a tasty dinner, or a cold beer. We’ve marked some of our favorite places on the map below — including restaurants, cafés, and ideas

Events

We regularly organize or take part in various events throughout the year. Most often, these include Christmas Markets, May Day Fairs, and Masopust (Czech Mardi Gras). Occasionally, you’ll also find us at flea markets or second-hand pop-up sales.

House Rules

Effective from April 1, 2025

1. Only guests who present valid ID (passport or other form of identification) may be accommodated.
2. If the guest wishes to extend their stay, they must request this no later than the day before the original check-out date. A different room may be offered for the extension. Due to reception hours, extensions cannot be arranged in the morning.
3. Unless agreed otherwise, the guest must vacate the room by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Failure to do so may result in being charged for another night or the hostel reserving the right to remove the guest’s belongings without consent.
4. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
5. Guests may check in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
6. Payment for the stay and any services must be made upon check-in.
7. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
8. Bicycles, strollers, and larger items must be stored in a designated area. Bringing these into rooms is strictly prohibited for hygiene reasons.
9. Guests may not rearrange furniture, make repairs, or interfere with electrical or other installations. Any defects must be reported to the reception immediately.
10. Visitors of guests are not allowed in the rooms.
11. The use of personal electrical appliances is not allowed, except for personal hygiene devices and chargers for laptops and phones.
12. When leaving the room, guests must turn off lights, unplug appliances, close windows, and ensure water taps are off. The kitchen must be left clean, with dishes washed and stored, and all food removed from the fridge. A cleaning fee of 500 CZK may be charged for non-compliance.
13. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire hostel. Each violation is subject to a 2000 CZK fine. Guests must behave responsibly to prevent fire hazards.
14. Guests are fully responsible for any damage they, their children, or people in their care cause to the property. Damages must be paid before departure. Guests must report any existing damage upon check-in to avoid liability.
15. The hostel is not liable for items not stored in designated secure areas. Responsibility for money and valuables only applies if stored by the hostel with a receipt.
16. Guests must comply with these house rules. In case of violation, the hostel management reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay immediately without refund.
17. Internet connection is available only with acceptance of Facebook Wi-Fi terms and conditions.
18. Guests with permanent residence in Děčín or Ústí nad Labem must leave a refundable deposit of 1000 CZK, returned upon check-out if the room is left in order and during reception hours.
19. Security cameras are installed in both buildings and may be used in case of house rule violations.
20. A contractual penalty of 2000 CZK may be charged for violating these rules.
21. Charging e-bikes is only allowed under guest supervision in the room, and for a fee of 25 CZK per bike.
22. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. The hostel is legally obliged to store some personal information (name, date of birth, address, duration of stay, document number, visa if applicable, purpose of stay) for up to 6 years. These details will not be used for marketing purposes.
23. If the guest cannot provide valid identification, the hostel has the right to refuse accommodation in accordance with Czech law (on local fees and foreign residents).
24. Parking is available free of charge in nearby streets. The hostel is not responsible for theft or damage to parked vehicles. Guests are advised to properly secure their vehicles.
25. Items left behind will be returned only upon request and at the guest’s expense and risk. The hostel stores forgotten items for 14 days before disposal.
26. The use of narcotic or psychotropic substances is strictly forbidden within the hostel and surrounding premises.
27. No firearms or ammunition may be brought into the hostel.
